目的：青蒿又名黄花蒿（Artemisia annua L），是一年生菊科草本植物。从中提取的有效成分青蒿素，对抗氯喹的恶性疟及脑内虐有特效，其作用机理与传统的奎宁类抗疟药物不同。菌根是自然界中一种普遍存在的植物共生现象。它是土壤中的菌根真菌与高等植物营养根系形成的一种互惠共生体。作为自然界中的一种普遍现象，菌根真菌的存在对青蒿的生长状况必然有一定的影响。
