目的：ACE基因多态性与原发性高血压、冠心病、心肌病，心律失常，与心功能改变的相关研究已引起人们广泛的注意，研究报道得很多，但结果不一。本文就ACE基因结构多态性，ACE基因多态性与心血管系统相关的功能，并总结了ACE基因与心血管疾病相关性的研究进展综述如下。
目的：ACE基因多態性與原髮性高血壓、冠心病、心肌病，心律失常，與心功能改變的相關研究已引起人們廣汎的註意，研究報道得很多，但結果不一。本文就ACE基因結構多態性，ACE基因多態性與心血管繫統相關的功能，併總結瞭ACE基因與心血管疾病相關性的研究進展綜述如下。
목적：ACE기인다태성여원발성고혈압、관심병、심기병，심률실상，여심공능개변적상관연구이인기인문엄범적주의，연구보도득흔다，단결과불일。본문취ACE기인결구다태성，ACE기인다태성여심혈관계통상관적공능，병총결료ACE기인여심혈관질병상관성적연구진전종술여하。
Objective:At present, ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme) gene polymorphism and essential hypertension 、coronary heart disease, cardiomopathy、cardiac arrhythmias and cardiac function changes of related studies of cardiovascular disease has attracted wide attention. A lot of research reports, but the result is not agreed. In this paper, the polymorphism of ACE gene, ACE gene polymorphism associated with the cardiovascular system function, and a summary of the ACE gene and cardiovascular disease correlates of research are summarized as follows.
