目的：高脂血症可导致动脉粥样硬化，继而引发高血压、冠心病、心脑血管疾病等，对人类健康危害显著。因而开发有效的降血脂药物已成为全球关注的热点。本文通过对中外数据库检索，总结了近年来降血脂西药和中药的研究进展，展望了降血脂药物的发展前景，以期为降血脂药物的开发与高脂血症治疗提供借鉴。
目的：高脂血癥可導緻動脈粥樣硬化，繼而引髮高血壓、冠心病、心腦血管疾病等，對人類健康危害顯著。因而開髮有效的降血脂藥物已成為全毬關註的熱點。本文通過對中外數據庫檢索，總結瞭近年來降血脂西藥和中藥的研究進展，展望瞭降血脂藥物的髮展前景，以期為降血脂藥物的開髮與高脂血癥治療提供藉鑒。
목적：고지혈증가도치동맥죽양경화，계이인발고혈압、관심병、심뇌혈관질병등，대인류건강위해현저。인이개발유효적강혈지약물이성위전구관주적열점。본문통과대중외수거고검색，총결료근년래강혈지서약화중약적연구진전，전망료강혈지약물적발전전경，이기위강혈지약물적개발여고지혈증치료제공차감。
Objective:Hyperlipidemia (HL) can lead to atherosclerosis, It’s a significant risk factor of high blood pressure, atherosclerosis (AS) and coronary heart disease (CHD),also harmful to human health. Therefore, development of effective cholesterol-low-ering drugs has become a topic of global issues.The research progress in antilipemic western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine was summarized based on domestic and foreign database. Besides, development foreground of antilipemic agent was forecasted. So, the development of antilipemic agent and the treatmentof hyperlipidemia will be provided guidance.
