Cosmetics%thioglycolic acid%ion chromatography
目的:采用离子色谱法建立脱毛类化妆品中巯基乙酸的测定方法。样品以水溶解,经离子交换柱将巯基乙酸根与无机离子分开,电导检测器测定即时的电导值,以保留时间定性及外标法定量。结果表明:在所选择的离子色谱条件下,其峰面积在质量浓度0.5752~92.032μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,样品加标回收率96.91%,RSD为2.06%(n=9),最低检出浓度为57.5μg/g。该方法简便快速、灵敏度高,为脱毛类化妆品中巯基乙酸的含量测定和市场监管提供了方法和技术支持。

Objective:The method of determination of thioglycolic acid from ectillotic cosmetics has been established by Ion Chro-matography. The sample was dissolved by water, and thioglycolic acid group was separated from inorganic ions by Ion exchanged column and the conductance was determined by conductance detector, and then qualitative and quantitative analysis was determined by retention time and external standard method separately. The results showed that the peak area has the linear relationship with the concentration (0.5752~92.032μg/ml), r=0.9997, the average recovery of standard added sample was 96.91%, RSD was 2.06% (n=9), the minimum detectable concentration was 57.5μg/g. The character of this method was simple, rapid and high sensitivity which could provide supports of method and technology for products of this kind.
