目的:以齐墩果酸为对照品,用超声辅助提取、紫外分光光度法测定了攀援耳草总三萜酸含量。结果表明:攀援耳草中总三萜酸的相对百分含量为2.827%,精密度实验RSD为2.05%;齐墩果酸对照品在0~100g/mL范围有良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=0.0113x-0.0177,相关系数R2=0.9991。该方法操作简便、结果可靠,能为攀援耳草药用价值的开发及扩大资源利用提供科学的依据。

목적:이제돈과산위대조품,용초성보조제취、자외분광광도법측정료반원이초총삼첩산함량。결과표명:반원이초중총삼첩산적상대백분함량위2.827%,정밀도실험RSD위2.05%;제돈과산대조품재0~100g/mL범위유량호적선성관계,회귀방정위y=0.0113x-0.0177,상관계수R2=0.9991。해방법조작간편、결과가고,능위반원이초약용개치적개발급확대자원이용제공과학적의거。
Objective:The percentage of total triterpene acid in Hedyotis scandens Roxb. was determined by spectrophotometry at 540nm based on the standard curve with oleanolic acid as controlled sample. The results showed the percentage of total triterpene acid in Hedyotis scandens Roxb.was 2.827%and there was good linearity (R2=0.9991) during the range of 0~100g/mL for oleanolic acid, the regression equation:y=0.0113x-0.0177. The relative standard deviation RSD was 2.05%. The spectrophotometry method is simple and reliable to measure the content of total triterpene acid in Hedyotis scandens Roxb. It provides a certain referential gist for the exploitation and expand resource utilization of the Hedyotis scandens Roxb.’s medical value.
