目的：探讨肌电图对糖尿病末梢神经炎的诊断价值。方法：采用肌电图仪检测65例糖尿病患者肢体感觉神经及运动神经传导速度。结果：肌电图可发现早期无症状的糖尿病末梢神经炎患者周围神经损伤性改变。结论：糖尿病人肌电图可作常规检查，肌电图检测是发现无症状糖尿病末梢神经炎的良好检测手段。
목적：탐토기전도대당뇨병말소신경염적진단개치。방법：채용기전도의검측65례당뇨병환자지체감각신경급운동신경전도속도。결과：기전도가발현조기무증상적당뇨병말소신경염환자주위신경손상성개변。결론：당뇨병인기전도가작상규검사，기전도검측시발현무증상당뇨병말소신경염적량호검측수단。
Objective:To investigate the climcal application values of electromyography in diabetes meUitus patients with peripheral polyneuritis. Methods:Sensory and ruotor nerve con Duction velocities were examinated in 65 diabetes patients by the use of electromyog Raphy Results:Electromyography results showed that the injured changes of peripheral nerves were found in no-symptom diabetes mellitus patients with the peripheral polyneuritis.Conclusin:Electromyography can be as a kind of routine examination in diabetes mellitus patients.The examination of electrophysiography is all excellent criterion in diagn osis of no-symptom diabetes melitus peripheral polyneuritis.
