Filifolium Sibiricum (L.) Kitam%Chemistry constituents%Structure identification
目的:对中药线叶菊[Filifolium sibiricum (L.) ;Kitam.]的化学成分进行分离鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和波谱分析等手段鉴定其化学结构。结果分离得到6个单体化合物,5,7,4’-三羟基-6-甲氧基-二氢黄酮(5,7,4'-trihy-droxy-6-methoxy-flavanone,1),对羟基苯乙酮(4'-Hydroxyacetophenone,2),原儿茶酸甲酯(protoeatechuic-acid-methyl-ester,3),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol ,4), L-2-O-甲基-手-肌醇(L-2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol,5)间苯三酚(phloroglucinol,6)。结论化合物1-6均为首次从线叶菊中分离得到。

목적:대중약선협국[Filifolium sibiricum (L.) ;Kitam.]적화학성분진행분리감정。방법채용반복규효주색보、취선알주색보、ODS반상주색보、중결정등방법진행분리순화,통과이화상수측정화파보분석등수단감정기화학결구。결과분리득도6개단체화합물,5,7,4’-삼간기-6-갑양기-이경황동(5,7,4'-trihy-droxy-6-methoxy-flavanone,1),대간기분을동(4'-Hydroxyacetophenone,2),원인다산갑지(protoeatechuic-acid-methyl-ester,3),호라복감(daucosterol ,4), L-2-O-갑기-수-기순(L-2-O-methyl-chiro-inositol,5)간분삼분(phloroglucinol,6)。결론화합물1-6균위수차종선협국중분리득도。
Purpose to study the chemical constituents of Fili-folium Sibiricum by extraction,separation and identification. Method by using repeated silica gel column chromatography, polyamide column chromatography,ODS column chromatography , recrystallization and other methods.Their structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and the spectral data analysis. Result six compounds were isolated and identified as 5,7,4'-tri-hy-droxy-6-methoxy-flavanone (1),4'-Hydroxyacetophenone(2), protoeatechuic-acid-methyl-ester(3), daucosterol(4), L-2-O-met hyl-chiro-inositol (5) and phloroglucinol (6). Conclusion com-pound 1 to 6 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
