目的：研究强壮灵合剂对小鼠炎症的影响。方法连续灌胃给予不同剂量的强壮灵合剂15 d ，采用二甲苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀和棉球诱导的小鼠肉芽肿急、慢性两种炎症模型，观察强壮灵合剂对实验动物炎症反应的抑制作用。结果强壮灵合剂能显著抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀度和棉球诱导的小鼠肉芽肿。结论强壮灵合剂具有显著的抗炎作用。
목적：연구강장령합제대소서염증적영향。방법련속관위급여불동제량적강장령합제15 d ，채용이갑분유도적소서이종창화면구유도적소서육아종급、만성량충염증모형，관찰강장령합제대실험동물염증반응적억제작용。결과강장령합제능현저억제이갑분소치소서이종창도화면구유도적소서육아종。결론강장령합제구유현저적항염작용。
Objective To discuss the effects of QIANG ZHUANG LING HE JI on anti-inflammatory function in mice.Method Mice fed continuously to give QIANG ZHUANG LING HE JI low, medium, high doses 15, 30, 60g/kg 15 days, by using the mod-els of xylene induced ear edema and cotton granuloma in mice, after the treatment, we can observe the inflammation inhibition of the QIANG ZHUANG LING HE JI on animal experiments. Results marked suppressive effects on normal mice's ear edema induced by xylene and the mice's granuloma caused by cotton ball. Conclusion QIANG ZHUANG LING HE JI had significant anti-inflammatory effects.
