目的：探讨病人服务中心转运患者安全管理的效果。方法将院内转运的患者按实施细节管理前、后分组，对照组采用传统转运方式，观察组在此基础上运用细节管理，实施转运器具，患者的管理，强化查对制度，加强沟通及交流措施。结果观察组送错科室、送错患者及护理不良事件发生率明显低于对照组（p＜0.01）。观察组患者及目的科室满意度明显优于对照组（p＜0.01）。结论对院内转运的患者实施细节管理可有效增强患者及目的科室的满意度，减少护理不良事件的发生，提高院内安全转运的效果。
목적：탐토병인복무중심전운환자안전관리적효과。방법장원내전운적환자안실시세절관리전、후분조，대조조채용전통전운방식，관찰조재차기출상운용세절관리，실시전운기구，환자적관리，강화사대제도，가강구통급교류조시。결과관찰조송착과실、송착환자급호리불량사건발생솔명현저우대조조（p＜0.01）。관찰조환자급목적과실만의도명현우우대조조（p＜0.01）。결론대원내전운적환자실시세절관리가유효증강환자급목적과실적만의도，감소호리불량사건적발생，제고원내안전전운적효과。
Objective Explore the patient transport service center management effectiveness of patient safety.Method The transport of patients by hospital management implementation details before and after the group, the control group using traditional trans-port methods, the observation group on the basis of the use of details of the management, the implementation of transport equipment, patient management, strengthen the checking system to enhance communi-cation and exchange measures.Result Observation group sent to the wrong department, sent to the wrong patient and nursing incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group (p<0. 01). The patients and purpose of sections satisfaction than the con-trol group (p<0.01).Conclusion Transport of patients on hospital management can effectively enhance the implementation details and purpose of sections of patient satisfaction, reduce nursing adverse events, improve hospital safety transporter effect.
