目的:建立了涩肠健脾止泻膏的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法鉴别苍术、关黄柏、大黄、天花粉、厚朴、乌梅、黄连、陈皮、姜黄、天南星;采用TLC法对方中大黄进行了薄层定性鉴别。结果:显微鉴别专属性强;TLC定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强。结论:本方法简便易行、重现性好,可用于涩肠健脾止泻膏的质量标准。
目的:建立瞭澀腸健脾止瀉膏的質量標準。方法:採用顯微鑒彆法鑒彆蒼術、關黃柏、大黃、天花粉、厚樸、烏梅、黃連、陳皮、薑黃、天南星;採用TLC法對方中大黃進行瞭薄層定性鑒彆。結果:顯微鑒彆專屬性彊;TLC定性鑒彆分離度好,專屬性彊。結論:本方法簡便易行、重現性好,可用于澀腸健脾止瀉膏的質量標準。
목적:건립료삽장건비지사고적질량표준。방법:채용현미감별법감별창술、관황백、대황、천화분、후박、오매、황련、진피、강황、천남성;채용TLC법대방중대황진행료박층정성감별。결과:현미감별전속성강;TLC정성감별분리도호,전속성강。결론:본방법간편역행、중현성호,가용우삽장건비지사고적질량표준。
Objective:to establish the quality control standard astringent Jianpi Zhixie paste. Methods:the microscopic identification method was used to identify Rhizoma Atractylodis, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix trichosanthis, rhubarb, Magnolia, plum, dried tangerine peel, Coptis, turmeric, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei Rhizoma Arisaematis;TLC method was used to each other for tlc. Results:the microscopic identification of specific; TLC qualitative identification and separating degree, strong specificity. Conclusion: the method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for the quality standard of acerbity bowel Jianpi Zhixie paste.
