目的：降低餐饮具集中消毒单位监督管理成本，提高执法效率。方法对蚌埠市餐饮具集中消毒单位将量化分级管理前后的执法成本及执法效果进行对比。结果根据不同级别进行监督检查，每年能够节约监管成本340200元，提高执法效率。结论将量化分级管理应用到餐饮具集中消毒单位，既提高了执法效率，又节约了行政执法成本。
목적：강저찬음구집중소독단위감독관리성본，제고집법효솔。방법대방부시찬음구집중소독단위장양화분급관리전후적집법성본급집법효과진행대비。결과근거불동급별진행감독검사，매년능구절약감관성본340200원，제고집법효솔。결론장양화분급관리응용도찬음구집중소독단위，기제고료집법효솔，우절약료행정집법성본。
Objective To decrease the tableware supervision and management cost in concentrated disinfection enterprises and improve the efficiency of law enforcement .Methods The cost and efficiency of law enforcement in concentrated disinfec-tion enterprises of the catering trade in Bengbu city were compared before and after the quantified and graded management .Re-sults Supervision and inspection were carried out according to different grades ,which significantly improved the efficiency of law enforcement and could save about ￥340200.00 per year in the supervision cost .Conclusion The quantified and graded management of tableware concentrated disinfection enterprises can both improve the efficiency of law enforcement and save the cost of administrative law enforcement .
