目的：探讨曲美他嗪对老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者心脏舒张功能的影响。方法将126例舒张功能不全的老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者，随机分成常规口服药物组60例（对照组）和曲美他嗪组66例（治疗组）。2组患者均给予降糖、冠心病二级预防用药，治疗组在运用上述药物治疗的基础上加用曲美他嗪口服，每次20 mg，每日3次。治疗3个月观察患者血糖水平及超声心动图指标的变化。结果治疗组治疗后心脏舒张功能、左心室射血分数与治疗前相比较均有改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）；而对照组治疗前后心脏舒张功能、左心室射血分数差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；2组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。结论曲美他嗪能改善老年冠心病合并糖尿病患者的心脏舒张功能及收缩功能，并且安全性较好。
목적：탐토곡미타진대노년관심병합병당뇨병환자심장서장공능적영향。방법장126례서장공능불전적노년관심병합병당뇨병환자，수궤분성상규구복약물조60례（대조조）화곡미타진조66례（치료조）。2조환자균급여강당、관심병이급예방용약，치료조재운용상술약물치료적기출상가용곡미타진구복，매차20 mg，매일3차。치료3개월관찰환자혈당수평급초성심동도지표적변화。결과치료조치료후심장서장공능、좌심실사혈분수여치료전상비교균유개선，차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）；이대조조치료전후심장서장공능、좌심실사혈분수차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；2조치료후비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0．01）。결론곡미타진능개선노년관심병합병당뇨병환자적심장서장공능급수축공능，병차안전성교호。
Objective To evaluate the effect of trimetaziline on ventricular diastolic function in elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus by using tissue Doppler imaging (TDI)technology.Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus accompanied by ventricular diastolic dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received conventional therapy plus trimetaziline 20 mg,3 times per day for 3 months, and the control group only received conventional therapy .Results After treatment ,the left ventricular diastolic function indicator ( E/A ratio) and left ventricular systolic function indicator (LVEF) of the treatment group significantly increased (P<0.01),but the left ventricular diastolic function indicator ( E/A ratio ) and left ventricular systolic function indicator ( LVEF ) of the control group showed no significant difference (P>0.05).In comparison, there was significant difference in terms of the left ventricu-lar diastolic function indicator (E/A ratio) and left ventricular systolic function indicator (LVEF) (P<0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion Conventional therapy plus trimetaziline can improve left ventricular diastolic function and left ventric -ular systolic function in the elderly patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus with ideal and safe effect .
