Xiaozhuang mine belongs to Binchang mine, it is a high-gas coal mine, its main mining is 4# coal seam, and average thickness is 15m. 4# coal is easy to spontaneous combustion;the combustion period is generally 3 to 5 months, the shortest is only 24 days. The volume of gas in mine is large, how to prevent gas are the main factors that affecting the production safety of coal mine. This paper analyzes the relations rock depth, geological structure, and gas occurrence from geological perspective, and provides advising for deep gas disaster management.
