Property management is the continuation and improvement of real estate development and construction, and because it is closely related to people's daily life, its development attracts a lot of public attention and expectation. At present, the continuous disputes between the owner and the property management enterprises have exposed the nonstandard property management service, narrow service scope, low service level and other management defects, which has severely restricted the healthy development of property management in China. The elegant environment, high-end hardware facilities and warm software services have left deep impression on customers. How to conduct standard and people oriented management to guarantee the quality of the service like hotels is the task of the property management. Through analysis of the advanced hotel management experience, the innovation concept and strategy for China’s property management are put forward.
