物业管理是房地产开发建设的延续和完善，因与人们的日常生活息息相关，其发展受到公众的关注与期待。目前，我国物业管理企业与业主纠纷不断，暴露出物业管理服务行为不规范、服务范围过窄、服务水平不高等管理劣势，严重制约了物业管理的良性发展。我国酒店优雅的环境、高档的硬件设施、温馨的软件服务给消费者留下及其深刻印象。酒店如何有效的实施规范化、标准化、以人为本的管理方式以保障服务质量的高品质，是我国物业管理过程中应借鉴和思考的问题。本文通过综合分析酒店管理的先进经验，提出促进我国物业管理理念创新的途径及策略。

Property management is the continuation and improvement of real estate development and construction, and because it is closely related to people's daily life, its development attracts a lot of public attention and expectation. At present, the continuous disputes between the owner and the property management enterprises have exposed the nonstandard property management service, narrow service scope, low service level and other management defects, which has severely restricted the healthy development of property management in China. The elegant environment, high-end hardware facilities and warm software services have left deep impression on customers. How to conduct standard and people oriented management to guarantee the quality of the service like hotels is the task of the property management. Through analysis of the advanced hotel management experience, the innovation concept and strategy for China’s property management are put forward.
