Performance management is a topic that be paid more attention by enterprises, also is the work that enterprises want to do well. Performance management from the level of power supply bureau is a concern area for power grid enterprises. This paper describes the awareness of indicators, the indicator system constitution of power supply bureau and the specific practices for the performance management of power supply bureau, provides some reference for the study of the performance management from the level of power supply bureau.
