Heihe 330kV power transmission line is a new line project. The topography of the section II line is complex, and the construction is difficult. This paper analyzes the construction difficulties, and puts forward the measures on improving the molding quality of cast-in-situ concrete foundation, which reduces the foot distance and level difference of foundation, the level differences between the inclined column cant grade and foundation bolt, and grade error, which improves the construction quality.
