以自行配组获得的尼萨F2家系与混合后代为材料,比较了不同交配方式后代幼鱼的耐盐性能、不同盐度下生长差异。结果显示,尼萨F2家系与混合后代的平均存活时间( MST)、50%存活时间( ST50)、96 h半致死盐度(MLS-96)均显著高于对照组尼罗罗非鱼。除家系2显著高于混合后代外,各家系的耐盐指标MST、ST50和MLS-96与混合后代间无显著差异(P>0.05)。除0 g/L下家系5的日均增重率显著高于混合后代外,同一盐度(15,20,25 g/L)下,各家系的日均增重率与混合后代间均无显著差异(P>0.05),尼萨F2体重变异系数在25 g/L盐度下表现最低。研究结果为尼萨杂交育种与生产利用提供了基础资料。

F2 family offsprings and mixed group were obtained by paired and mixed mating the hybrid F 1 indi-viduals of Oreochromis niloticus ♀×Sarotherodon melanotheron♂,respectively .The salt tolerance and growth un-der different salinities (0,15,20,25 g/L) of juvenile fishes from two mating modes were compared .The results showed that MST ,ST50 ,MLS-96 of O.niloticus♀×S.melanotheron♂F2 were higher than that of the control group O.niloticus(P<0.05).No significant differences in MST,ST50 and MLS-96 indexes were observed between the family offsprings and mixed group (P>0.05) except for the family 2.Under the same salinity conditions,there wasn’t significant difffernces in the average growth rate between the family offsprings and mixed group (P>0.05) with a exception of family 5 in 0 g/L sanility,O.niloticus♀×S.melanotheron♂F2 exhibited the lowest weight co-efficient of variation at 25 g/L sanility.The results provided some basic data for hybrization and utilization of O.niloticus ×S.melanotheron.
