ERF( Ethylene responsive factors )转录因子广泛存在于各类植物中,通过识别和结合不同的顺式元件参与植物逆境胁迫的应答。主要介绍ERF转录因子结构特征及其功能特性,在植物应答生物和非生物的胁迫中可能的调控机制,并讨论了今后的研究重点。
ERF( Ethylene responsive factors )轉錄因子廣汎存在于各類植物中,通過識彆和結閤不同的順式元件參與植物逆境脅迫的應答。主要介紹ERF轉錄因子結構特徵及其功能特性,在植物應答生物和非生物的脅迫中可能的調控機製,併討論瞭今後的研究重點。

Ethylene responsive factors ( ERF) transcription factors primary exist in many kinds of plants ,they play an important role in plant biotic and abiotic stress responses by recognition and binding the different cis -acting element.In this review,we introduce the structure features and functional characterization of the ERF transcription factors,possible regulatory mechanism in plant biotic and abiotic stress responses and discuss the future directions of studies on the ERF transcription factors in plants .
