为探究硝普钠(SNP)对草地早熟禾种子萌发的影响,以0,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.50,1.00,1.50 mmol/L浓度的SNP溶液分别浸泡草地早熟禾种子4,6,8,10,12 h,观察SNP对种子发芽及种子萌发过程中过氧化物酶( POD)和超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活性的影响。结果表明,SNP浸种8 h对种子发芽具有最佳促进作用,随着浸种浓度的增大,促进种子萌发的效果表现出先升高后降低趋势,其中低浓度(0.05 mmol/L)SNP的促进效果最明显;POD和SOD酶的活性也表现出先升高后降低趋势,发芽势与2种酶的活性呈极显著正相关,而平均发芽天数与2种酶的活性呈极显著负相关。

위탐구초보납(SNP)대초지조숙화충자맹발적영향,이0,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.50,1.00,1.50 mmol/L농도적SNP용액분별침포초지조숙화충자4,6,8,10,12 h,관찰SNP대충자발아급충자맹발과정중과양화물매( POD)화초양화물기화매( SOD)활성적영향。결과표명,SNP침충8 h대충자발아구유최가촉진작용,수착침충농도적증대,촉진충자맹발적효과표현출선승고후강저추세,기중저농도(0.05 mmol/L)SNP적촉진효과최명현;POD화SOD매적활성야표현출선승고후강저추세,발아세여2충매적활성정겁현저정상관,이평균발아천수여2충매적활성정겁현저부상관。
To explore the effect of Sodium nitroprusside ( SNP ) on seeds germination of Kentucky bluegrass (KB),KB seeds were soaked with 0,0.01,0.05,0.10,0.50,1.00,1.50 mmol/L SNP for 4,6,8,10,12 h respec-tively,then seeds germination and the enzymes activities of POD and SOD were observed .The results showed that , for KB seeds germination ,the best soaking time was 8 h,and the best SNP concentration is 0.05 mmol/L.With the increased of SNP concentration ,seed germination showed increased then decreased after 0.05 mmol/L SNP.The en-zymes activities of POD and SOD were the same as seed germination .Moreover ,very significant positive correlation was found between germination energy and the two enzymes activities ,whilst significantly negative correlation was found between average germination days and the two enzymes activities .
