根据GenBank上已登录的百合斑驳病毒( LMoV)基因组序列设计7对交叉重叠的引物,利用RT-PCR技术对铁炮百合白天堂进行检测,并经克隆测序获得百合斑驳病毒大连分离物( LMoV-DL)基因组全序列。序列分析表明:LMoV基因组由长度为9648 bp的线状单链正义RNA组成,包括一个poly(A)尾巴,编码一个由3096个氨基酸组成的分子量为351 kDa的多聚蛋白。同时多聚蛋白系统发育分析说明LMoV隶属于Potyvirus属一个较大的分支,在进化关系上与BYMV和ClYVV最近。
根據GenBank上已登錄的百閤斑駁病毒( LMoV)基因組序列設計7對交扠重疊的引物,利用RT-PCR技術對鐵砲百閤白天堂進行檢測,併經剋隆測序穫得百閤斑駁病毒大連分離物( LMoV-DL)基因組全序列。序列分析錶明:LMoV基因組由長度為9648 bp的線狀單鏈正義RNA組成,包括一箇poly(A)尾巴,編碼一箇由3096箇氨基痠組成的分子量為351 kDa的多聚蛋白。同時多聚蛋白繫統髮育分析說明LMoV隸屬于Potyvirus屬一箇較大的分支,在進化關繫上與BYMV和ClYVV最近。

According to Lily mottle virus(LMoV) genome sequence logged in the GenBank ,we seven pairs of overlapping primers ,and use RT-PCR technique to detect Lilium longiflorum White Heaven ,then obtain the whole-genome sequences of Lily mottle virus of Dalian isolates ( LMoV-DL) by cloning and sequencing .Through the se-quence analysis indicates that:LMoV genome is the linear positive-sense single-stranded RNA which is constituted with the length of 9 648 bp,comprising a poly ( A) tail and encoding a molecular weight of 351 kDa poly-protein which is composed of 3 096 amino acids.Poly-protein phylogeny analysis that the LMoV is a large branch of Potyvir-us and close to BYMV and ClYVV on the evolutionary relationship .
