利用28对SSR核心引物构建了25个鲁棉研系列抗虫棉品种的分子指纹图谱并进行遗传多样性分析。28对核心引物的SSR位点分属21条染色体,等位基因数为2~8个,平均4.39个;PIC值为0.63~0.93,平均0.84。数字指纹图谱显示,最少采用BNL1421、BNL1513、BNL1231、NAU2026和BNL2646这5对引物组合可以将25份供试材料区分开。对其中14个常规品种的遗传多样性分析表明,其遗传相似系数介于0.35~0.87,平均为0.57。此结果可为现阶段鲁棉研系列种质资源的杂交选育提供依据。
利用28對SSR覈心引物構建瞭25箇魯棉研繫列抗蟲棉品種的分子指紋圖譜併進行遺傳多樣性分析。28對覈心引物的SSR位點分屬21條染色體,等位基因數為2~8箇,平均4.39箇;PIC值為0.63~0.93,平均0.84。數字指紋圖譜顯示,最少採用BNL1421、BNL1513、BNL1231、NAU2026和BNL2646這5對引物組閤可以將25份供試材料區分開。對其中14箇常規品種的遺傳多樣性分析錶明,其遺傳相似繫數介于0.35~0.87,平均為0.57。此結果可為現階段魯棉研繫列種質資源的雜交選育提供依據。

SSR markers were used to analyze the fingerprinting and genetic diversity of 25 SCRC series transgenic Bt cotton varieties.Twenty-eight primers screened out from 412 SSR primers,with high polymorphisms andgood repeatability,were regarded as core primers in the study.These primers whose SSR loci distributed on 21 chromosomesof cotton,have 2 -8 alleles,with an average of 4.39;polymorphic information content(PIC)about 0.63 -0.93,with an average of 0.84.These results suggest the core primers have preferable polymorphism .The digital fingerprintingindicated all varieties could be distinguished by 5 primer combinations at least.UPGMA cluster analysiswas used to estimate the genetic distances and to construct a dendrogram by NTSYS 2.1.The similarity coefficientsof 14 SCRC conventional varieties were between 0.35 -0.87,with an average of 0.57,indicating relative abundanceof genetic diversity.These results can provide technical support for cross breeding of SCRC germplasm re -sources.
