通过测试包覆AP药粉的撞击感度,运用扫描电镜表征技术,研究了石蜡和DOP两种包覆材料对AP颗粒药粉撞击感度的影响,并探讨分析了撞击作用特点。试验结果表明:石蜡和DOP两种包覆材料对AP颗粒药粉撞击感度的影响存在较大差异;由于AP颗粒存在低温放气分解,DOP包覆处理后的AP颗粒的撞击感度反而上升,而石蜡可有效降低AP颗粒的撞击感度,说明吸热型包覆材料有利于降低AP颗粒的撞击感度。

By measuring the impact sensitivity of the coated AP powder and using SEM,the influence of mineral wax and DOP on the impact sensitivity of AP was studied. The result showed that the affect on impact sensitivity of AP were different for mineral wax and DOP. Due to the gas release in the low temperature stage, the impact sensitivity of coated AP was increased with DOP adding, and decreased with mineral wax adding. The study indicated that the endothermic material was better for the decrease of AP impact sensitivity.
