通过测试CL-20/HTPB/DOA、CL-20/HTPB/DOA/卵磷脂和CL-20/HTPB/DOA/司班803种浇注传爆药药浆的流变性能,研究了司班80和卵磷脂对药浆的粘度、屈服值、非牛顿指数、粘流活化能以及综合流变性能的影响。结果表明:卵磷脂的降粘效果要稍微强于司班80,但司班80能更大程度地降低药浆的屈服值和增大其非牛顿指数;在剪切率为20s-1时,CL-20/HTPB/DOA、CL-20/HTPB/DOA/卵磷脂和CL-20/HTPB/DOA/司班803种浇注传爆药药浆的粘流活化能分别为9.757 kJ·mol-1、15.258 kJ·mol-1和11.368 kJ·mol-1,表明两种表面活性剂都提高了药浆粘度对温度的敏感程度,但司班80相对较低;3种药浆的综合流变学因子分别为3.69×10-6、3.91×10-6和4.64×10-6,表明司班80能更有效地提高药浆的综合流变性能。

The rheological properties of casting booster slurry with three formulations, which were CL-20/HTPB/DOA, CL-20/HTPB/DOA/lecithin and CL-20/HTPB/DOA/span 80, were tested and analyzed. The effects of span 80 and lecithin on the viscosity, yield point value, non-Newtonian index, viscous flow activation energy and comprehensive rheological property of slurry were investigated in detail. Results show that the effect of lecithin on reducing viscosity is slightly better than that of span 80, however, span 80 can decrease the yield point value and increase the non-Newtonian index of slurry greatly. The viscous flow activation energy of three slurries is 9.757kJ·mol-1,15.258kJ·mol-1 and 11.368kJ·mol-1 at the shear rate of 20s-1 respectively, showing that two surface-active agents both enhance the sensitivity of slurry to temperature. The comprehensive rheology factors of above three slurries are 3.69×10-6, 3.91×10-6 and 4.64×10-6, indicating that the span 80 can improve the comprehensive rheological property of casting booster more effectively than lecithin.
