为了研究不同中心锥顶高度隔爆体对串联战斗部侵彻能力的影响,利用有限元软件,对不同中心高度隔爆结构对后级爆炸成型弹丸(EFP)装药侵彻能力的影响进行了仿真计算。在此基础上,开展了串联EFP装药侵彻45#钢靶试验。试验结果表明:隔爆体形状对串联EFP后级成型影响重大,优化后的串联装药后级的利用效率大大提高。

In order to study the influence of different cone height of explosion-proof body on penetration ability of tandem warhead, by use of finite element software, the forming process of postpositive explosively-formed projectile(EFP)charge with different cone height of explosion-proof body was simulated. On this basis, the tests of tandem EFP penetrating the steel target were carried out. The results show that the shape of explosion-proof body plays an important role in forming process of tandem EFP postpositive charge, the efficiency of postpositive EFP charge is greatly improved after optimization.
