The paper briefs forming and treatment process of OAT , analyzes mechanical problems commonly happening in the waste water treatment system and comes up with corresponding counter -measures adopted .The normal functioning of the waste water treatment system ensures safe operations of melamine production system and ammonium carbamate solution from high pressure hydrolytic system goes back to fertilizer or urea production facilities for recycling .Total ammonia-nitrogen mass fraction content in water after the treatment is less than 50 ×10 -6 and COD mass fraction is less than 150 × 10 -6 , which is conductive to realizing zero discharge of industrial waste water and recycling of resources .
