A description is given of the process flow of the desulfurization and dehydrogenation systems of the urea unit and their operation before and after general overhaul .With the commissioning of these systems the corrosion of the high-pressure equipment decreases , and possibility of explosion is eliminated of the high-pressure scrubber due to hydrogen accumulation .
