The pilot experimental process of trial burning Beisu coal , Baodian coal , Tianba coal and Nantun Coal in a 30 t/d single-nozzle pulverized coal gasifier with water cooling wall is briefed . The operating temperature , coal-oxygen ratio and adhering slag of different varieties of coals have been observed .By working out solutions to the major technological problems occurred , improvements have been made on the pilot plant accordingly .
