采用合成氨弛放气作为还原剂,弛放气中部分H2和NH3同时在N-847系列催化剂作用下还原硝酸装置或硝酸钠、亚硝酸钠装置尾气中的NOx 组分。在空速2500~10000 h-1、催化剂床层反应温度170~400℃及压力不变的条件下,尾气中NOx 质量浓度由1000~7000 mg/m3(标态)降至<300 mg/m3(标态),实现达标排放。
採用閤成氨弛放氣作為還原劑,弛放氣中部分H2和NH3同時在N-847繫列催化劑作用下還原硝痠裝置或硝痠鈉、亞硝痠鈉裝置尾氣中的NOx 組分。在空速2500~10000 h-1、催化劑床層反應溫度170~400℃及壓力不變的條件下,尾氣中NOx 質量濃度由1000~7000 mg/m3(標態)降至<300 mg/m3(標態),實現達標排放。
채용합성안이방기작위환원제,이방기중부분H2화NH3동시재N-847계렬최화제작용하환원초산장치혹초산납、아초산납장치미기중적NOx 조분。재공속2500~10000 h-1、최화제상층반응온도170~400℃급압력불변적조건하,미기중NOx 질량농도유1000~7000 mg/m3(표태)강지<300 mg/m3(표태),실현체표배방。
Using Purge gas from ammonia synthesis as reducing agent , part of H2 and NH3 in purge gas is restored NO x of exhaust gas of nitric acid , sodium nitrate , sodium nitrite plants .When space velocity is at 2 500~10 000 h-1 , catalyst bed reaction temperature at 170~400℃and pressure keeps unchanged , NOx mass concentration of exhaust gas has decreased from 1 000~7 000 mg/m3 to less than 300 mg/m3 , which is up to the emission standards .
