目的：了解我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法抽查我院2013年4月住院患者抗菌药物使用率、使用强度，并进行分析。结果住院患者抗菌药物使用率为47%，住院患者抗菌药物使用强度为31.85%。结论通过认真贯彻执行抗菌药物专项整治活动的规定，我院住院患者抗菌药物使用基本合理。
목적：료해아원주원환자항균약물사용정황。방법추사아원2013년4월주원환자항균약물사용솔、사용강도，병진행분석。결과주원환자항균약물사용솔위47%，주원환자항균약물사용강도위31.85%。결론통과인진관철집행항균약물전항정치활동적규정，아원주원환자항균약물사용기본합리。
Objective:To investigate the inpatients' antimi-crobial agents use in our hosptial. Methods The utilization rate and intensity of the inpatients antimicrobial agents usage were collected and analyzed. Results The utilization rate of inpatient antimicrobial agent usage was 47%, the intensity was 31.85. Conclusions The use of antibiotics in the inpatients in our hos-pital was rational on the whole through seriously studying and im-plementing the regulation of the antimicrobial agent special recti-fication activities.
