目的：建立伸筋片的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对处方中防己进行了鉴别。结果：斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。结论：所建立的薄层色谱鉴别方法可用于伸筋片的质量控制。伸筋片具有舒筋通络，活血祛瘀，消肿止痛的功效，用于寒湿瘀血阻络所致的痹症，症见：关节筋肉疼痛肿胀，遇寒遇劳加重，甚至麻木，活动屈伸不利等；肩周炎、坐骨神经痛、关节炎见上述证候者。为完善该制剂的质量标准，对方中主要药味防己进行了薄层色谱鉴别。
목적：건립신근편적질량공제방법。방법：채용박층색보법대처방중방기진행료감별。결과：반점청석，음성대조무간우。결론：소건립적박층색보감별방법가용우신근편적질량공제。신근편구유서근통락，활혈거어，소종지통적공효，용우한습어혈조락소치적비증，증견：관절근육동통종창，우한우로가중，심지마목，활동굴신불리등；견주염、좌골신경통、관절염견상술증후자。위완선해제제적질량표준，대방중주요약미방기진행료박층색보감별。
Objective:To establish the quality control methods of Shenjin Table.Methods:The Menispermaceae in the prescription were identified by TLC.Results:The characteristic dots of the medicinal materials were found in TLC chromatogram of the sample, however they were not shown in the negative sample.Conclusion:It can be used for quality control of Shenjin Tablet Shenjin table has the effect of relaxing the muscles and tendons, promoting the circulation of blood, removing the weary, relieving swelling and pain. It can be used for the arthralgia syndrome that caused by cold dampness congestion.Symptoms:Joint muscles feels pain and swelling, bench and strech will be uncomfortable, it gets worse, even numbed when the cold and labour forced on the body;Periarthritis of shoulder, Sciatica, Arthritis are as the same. For the perfection of the quality standard of the medicine, the Menispermaceae in the prescription were identi-fied by TLC.
