目的:RP-HPLC法测定小青龙颗粒中五味子以五味子醇甲计的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Symme-try C-18柱(3.9 mm ×150mm,5um)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:线性范围为0.0214~0.2140μg,R=0.9999,平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=0.4%(n=5)结论:方法简便,结果准确,能有效控制小青龙颗粒的质量。

Objective:To determine the content of schisandrin in Xiaoqinglong Granule.by RP-HPLC Methods:The determination was carried out with Symmetry C-18 column.The mobile phase.consisted of CH3OH-H2O(65∶35). The flow rate was 1ml/min and the de-tective wavelength was at 250nm. Results:The content of schisandrin can be determined by RP-HPLC.The linear concentration ranges of these compound were 0.0214~0.2140μg, R=0.9999.The average recoveries were 99.8%with RSD of 0.4%(n=5), respectively. Conclu-tion:The method is simple and accurate and can be used to control the quality of Xiaoqinglong Granule.
