安庆旅游业发展存在资源优势、区位优势、社会和经济发展环境优势，但在开发过程中，存在资源开发深度不够、高端旅游产品匮乏和旅游形象定位矛盾突出问题。从强化安庆市旅游形象、开拓旅游市场、重视节点工程建设三个方面就可以发挥安庆市旅游业优势，解决旅游业发展中存在的问题，为安庆市旅游业的发展做出积极的贡献。

Harmonious construction between university and community has some positive functions in promoting the construction of campus culture ,advancing community’s cultural development ,and con-structing socialist harmonious culture .This article analyzes the present situation of co -building cultur-al community in Chuzhou city .There are some problems such as low -level cultural consciousness of community inhabitants ,inefficiency of funds and place ,and lack of professional human resources in the specific implementation ,w hich needs find more effective cooperation mode for both sides in establishing long -term supervision and evaluation mechanism and seeking more social forces ,thus can make a sus-tainable development of cultural community ,serve the people ,and achieve the target of co -building cultural community .
