以某六缸汽车发动机电子控制单元为研究对象,基于Aglient (安捷伦)测控设备和Visual C++6.0、Dreamwaver两款编程软件,结合SCPI指令对电控单元测试系统的硬件和软件部分进行设计。该测试系统通过测控设备仿真汽车发动机上各路传感器信号,电子控制单元接收到传感器信号后进行数据处理并传送到上位机,经上位机的检测处理判断电子控制单元是否返回正确数据,从而达到检测汽车电子控制单元是否符合标准的目的。该测试系统缩短了ECU的检测时间,提高了测试效率,并可对动态数据进行实时监测。
以某六缸汽車髮動機電子控製單元為研究對象,基于Aglient (安捷倫)測控設備和Visual C++6.0、Dreamwaver兩款編程軟件,結閤SCPI指令對電控單元測試繫統的硬件和軟件部分進行設計。該測試繫統通過測控設備倣真汽車髮動機上各路傳感器信號,電子控製單元接收到傳感器信號後進行數據處理併傳送到上位機,經上位機的檢測處理判斷電子控製單元是否返迴正確數據,從而達到檢測汽車電子控製單元是否符閤標準的目的。該測試繫統縮短瞭ECU的檢測時間,提高瞭測試效率,併可對動態數據進行實時鑑測。

In a car with 6-cylinder engine electronic control unit (ECU)as the research object, hardware and software of ECU test system are designed combined with SCPI instructions and based on the Aglient measurement and control equipment, and two sets of programming software of Visual C++6.0 and Dreamwaver. The test system can simulate all the engine sensor signals through the measurement and control equipment, ECU receives the sensor signal, processes the data and transmits to the host computer, which tests and decides whether ECU should return the correct data, so as to test compliance of automobile ECU with the standards. This test system shortens the test time of ECU, improves efficiency and can make real-time monitoring of the dynamic data.
