针对某轻型载货汽车转向盘异常振动问题,结合轮毂与制动鼓总成动平衡试验进行了分析研究,发现轮毂与制动鼓总成不平衡量超出技术要求是导致样车转向盘异常振动的主要影响因素。通过控制轮毂与制动鼓不平衡量,使样车的转向盘异常振动现象得到了有效控制。总结了解决此类转向盘异常振动问题的步骤,规范了类似转向盘异常振动问题的处理方法。
針對某輕型載貨汽車轉嚮盤異常振動問題,結閤輪轂與製動鼓總成動平衡試驗進行瞭分析研究,髮現輪轂與製動鼓總成不平衡量超齣技術要求是導緻樣車轉嚮盤異常振動的主要影響因素。通過控製輪轂與製動鼓不平衡量,使樣車的轉嚮盤異常振動現象得到瞭有效控製。總結瞭解決此類轉嚮盤異常振動問題的步驟,規範瞭類似轉嚮盤異常振動問題的處理方法。

To eliminate abnormal vibration of steering wheel in a light-duty truck, we perform dynamic balance test of wheel hub and brake drum assembly, and conclude that the unbalance of wheel hub and brake drum assembly which goes beyond specification is the main factor to cause vibration of steering wheel. By controlling the unbalance of wheel hub and brake drum assembly, the abnormal vibration of steering wheel has been effectively controlled. This paper sums up the steps to solve such abnormal vibration in the steering wheel, and regulates the methods to solve the abnormal vibration of it.
