采用GT-Power软件对8种方案下的排气系统声学性能进行分析并与原结构进行对比,在此基础上对消声器内部结构进行优化设计。仿真和试验测试结果都表明,通过优化消声器内部结构能有效降低排气背压,降低整车油耗,并能改善排气尾管口噪声和整车通过噪声,提升整车NVH性能。

We use software GT- Power to analyze the acoustic performance of exhaust system of eight scenarios, and compare them with that of the original structure, and on this basis we optimize the internal structure of the muffler. The simulation and test results show that the optimized structure of the muffler can effectively reduce the exhaust back pressure, reduce vehicle fuel consumption, and improves the tailpipe noise and the vehicle through noise, improves vehicle NVH performance.
