目的:探讨沙颍河铅污染现状及其对儿童生长激素-胰岛素样生长因子-1( GH-IGF-1)轴和体格发育的影响。方法:随机选择淮河沙颍河流域S县两个村庄作为调查点(依距河岸距离远近分别定为对照区和污染区);原子吸收分光光度法检测河水和调查点饮用水及土壤中的铅含量。整群抽取两村庄小学8~13岁在校学生作为研究对象,伏安极谱法测定儿童血清铅含量;ELISA法检测儿童血清胰岛素样生长因子-1( IGF-1)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(IGFBP3)、生长激素(GH)和生长激素结合蛋白(GHBP)水平;电子体重计、身高坐高计、皮褶厚度计及Gulick卷尺分别测量体重、身高、皮褶厚度和胸围。结果:河水3个采样断面铅浓度均超过国家地表水水质标准Ⅴ级。污染区饮用水及土壤铅含量均高于对照区( t=2.663和2.300,P<0.05)。污染区儿童血清铅含量高于对照区儿童(t=3.227,P=0.002)。污染区男孩身高、体重、皮褶厚度、胸围与对照区比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。两区女孩身高、体重和胸围差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05),但污染区女孩皮褶厚度高于对照区(t=3.036,P=0.003)。结论:沙颍河流域的饮用水中铅含量明显升高,污染区儿童血清GH-IGF-1轴相关因子水平受到影响。

목적:탐토사영하연오염현상급기대인동생장격소-이도소양생장인자-1( GH-IGF-1)축화체격발육적영향。방법:수궤선택회하사영하류역S현량개촌장작위조사점(의거하안거리원근분별정위대조구화오염구);원자흡수분광광도법검측하수화조사점음용수급토양중적연함량。정군추취량촌장소학8~13세재교학생작위연구대상,복안겁보법측정인동혈청연함량;ELISA법검측인동혈청이도소양생장인자-1( IGF-1)、이도소양생장인자결합단백3(IGFBP3)、생장격소(GH)화생장격소결합단백(GHBP)수평;전자체중계、신고좌고계、피습후도계급Gulick권척분별측량체중、신고、피습후도화흉위。결과:하수3개채양단면연농도균초과국가지표수수질표준Ⅴ급。오염구음용수급토양연함량균고우대조구( t=2.663화2.300,P<0.05)。오염구인동혈청연함량고우대조구인동(t=3.227,P=0.002)。오염구남해신고、체중、피습후도、흉위여대조구비교차이균무통계학의의(P균>0.05)。량구녀해신고、체중화흉위차이균무통계학의의(P균>0.05),단오염구녀해피습후도고우대조구(t=3.036,P=0.003)。결론:사영하류역적음용수중연함량명현승고,오염구인동혈청GH-IGF-1축상관인자수평수도영향。
Aim:To investigate the effect of lead from Shaying River on children's growth hormone , insulin-like growth factor-1 (GH-IGF-1) axis and physical development .Methods:Two villages in S county were selected randomly as pollu-ted area and control area according to the distance from the Shaying River Basin .Lead levels were measured both in the riv-er water and the drinking water .Children aged 8 to 13 years studying in the village primary school were recruited by cluster sampling.The concentration of lead in serum was measured by polarographic method .Serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3), growth hormone (GH), and growth hormone binding proteins (GHBP) were measured by ELISA.The indexes including body weight , height,skinfold thickness and chest-circ-umference were measured .Results:The concentrations of lead exceeded classⅤstandards of the surface water quality in section of the river .Compared with control area , the concentration of lead both in drinking water and soil was significantly higher than those in the polluted area (t=2.663 and 2.300,P<0.05).Serum lead level in children from the polluted are-a was higher than that from control area (t=3.227,P=0.002).Height, weight, skinfold thickness and chest-circumfer-ence did not show significant differences between the boys of the two groups (P>0.05).Only skinfold thickness had sig-nificant difference between the girls of the two groups (t=3.036,P=0.003).Conclusion:The concentration of lead in drinking water of the Shaying River Basin has increased significantly .The GH-IGF-1 axis of children in the polluted areas has been affected .
