碳捕集与封存(CCS)是一项新兴的、具有大规模减排潜力的技术,被认为是迚行温室气体深度减排最重要的技术路径之一。本文选择我国的能源消费大省广东省为研究对象,在分析CCS发展现状的基础上,结合广东省的能源消费结构和CO2排放现状及趋势,分析了广东省发展CCS的必要性和可行性,幵从CO2的捕集、运输、封存等环节,探讨了广东省CCS发展的技术需求和政策需求,以期为广东省CCS技术的发展提供科学支撑。
碳捕集與封存(CCS)是一項新興的、具有大規模減排潛力的技術,被認為是迚行溫室氣體深度減排最重要的技術路徑之一。本文選擇我國的能源消費大省廣東省為研究對象,在分析CCS髮展現狀的基礎上,結閤廣東省的能源消費結構和CO2排放現狀及趨勢,分析瞭廣東省髮展CCS的必要性和可行性,幵從CO2的捕集、運輸、封存等環節,探討瞭廣東省CCS髮展的技術需求和政策需求,以期為廣東省CCS技術的髮展提供科學支撐。
탄포집여봉존(CCS)시일항신흥적、구유대규모감배잠력적기술,피인위시중행온실기체심도감배최중요적기술로경지일。본문선택아국적능원소비대성광동성위연구대상,재분석CCS발전현상적기출상,결합광동성적능원소비결구화CO2배방현상급추세,분석료광동성발전CCS적필요성화가행성,견종CO2적포집、운수、봉존등배절,탐토료광동성CCS발전적기술수구화정책수구,이기위광동성CCS기술적발전제공과학지탱。
Carbon capture and storage (CCS) was widely acknowledged as an advanced technology that can reduce CO2 emission in large scale. In this paper, we take Guangdong as the research object to analyze the demand of CCS in Guangdong Province. The status and trend of energy consumption and CO2 emission were firstly analyzed in the province, and then the necessity and feasibility of Guangdong to develop CCS technology were also discussed in this paper. At last, the technology and policy demands of CCS in the Province were discussed from carbon capture, transportation and storage aspects. The conclusion shows that, it is necessary for Guangdong to take CCS as an important option to reduce CO2 emission in the future. In order to promote the development of CCS in Guangdong, more basic investigation and policy research are needed in the coming years.
