高职作为我国经济建设一线人才培养的高等教育机构，创新性人才培育是其根本任务。针对高职教育存在课程缺乏针对性、实践教学环节少、教师创新能力不足、创新教育缺少导向性等方面的问题，高职院校应完善学校的考核机制、鼓励师生创新、以创新能力为核心合理设置课程、加大对教师的创新能力培养。
고직작위아국경제건설일선인재배양적고등교육궤구，창신성인재배육시기근본임무。침대고직교육존재과정결핍침대성、실천교학배절소、교사창신능력불족、창신교육결소도향성등방면적문제，고직원교응완선학교적고핵궤제、고려사생창신、이창신능력위핵심합리설치과정、가대대교사적창신능력배양。
As the higher institute of cultivating talents for first -line in economic construction ,HVC bears the fundamental task of cultivating creative talents .T here are some problems in this regard such as :curriculum lack of pertinence and practical content ,poor in teachers’ innovation and no orientation of innovative education .HVC should improve the evaluation system and encourage the students and teachers ’ innovation .We should also set the curriculum center on innovative skills cultivating and to speed the cultivation of teachers ’ innovative skills .
