针对由多通道运算放大器配置适当电阻网络的方法实现传统的单端/差分转换电路,这种电路存在输出信号不是全差分信号且不具有严格的反相性和同时性、会降低差分式 AD 采样精度等缺点。设计一个来自ADXRS622陀螺仪传感器的单端信号,经抗混叠滤波和 THS4531全差分驱动器调理后,由差分式 AD 转换器ADS8317和DSP完成的数据采集。实验结果表明所设计的调理电路方案可行,确保系统的精度,提高ADC性能。

Traditional single-ended/differential conversion circuit is realized by the multi-channel operational amplifier configured with proper resistance network. But this circuit has the follow drawbacks. First, its output-signal is not full differential signal. Second, it doesn’t have strict reverse phase and simultaneity. Third, it reduces the sampling accuracy of differential AD, and so on. So we design a data acquisition system. It first comes from single-ended signal of ADXRS622 gyroscope. Then it goes by anti-aliasing filter and fully-differential driving amplifier THS4531 conditioning. Finally it is performed by fully-differential AD and DSP. The experimental results show that this conditioning circuit scheme is feasible. It insures the precision of the system and improves performance of AD.
