各旅游地林立的英文公示语有着十分重要的公共教育功能，错误百出的英文公示语容易造成不良的公共教育后果。本文以河北省主要旅游地的英文公示语为例，揭示其在公共教育功能上存在的六种误区，并提出相应改进建议。

English public signs at various tourist destinations play an important role in public English education ,and erroneous public signs will cause serious consequences to public education .This article takes the English public signs of major tourist destinations in Hebei province as an example , demonstrates six kinds of misleading problems in the function of English public signs and puts forward some corresponding corrective sugestions .
