继经济资本、人力资本、社会资本后，心理资本开始引起学术界和实践界的广泛关注。在未来几年，“90后”大学生将成为社会职场的主力军。与前两代的社会主体相比，“90后”大学生的心理资本和行为模式呈现出新的特点。突出表现在追求自由和独立，却又依赖性强；自信乐观，却又敏感脆弱；进取心强，却又缺乏韧性等方面。为了全面提升“90后”大学生群体的心理资本，需要打造一套有效的社会支持系统，构建针对他们特性的心理资本培育体系。

Following the economic capital ,human capital and social capital ,psychological capital has aroused widespread concern among academic and practice circle .In the next few years ,“post 90s”college students will become the main force in the workplace .“post 90s” college students ’ psychological capital and behavior patterns presents new characteristics compared with the earlier generations .These new characteristics include six aspects ,such as pursuing freedom and independence , but also being strong dependence ;being confident and optimistic ,but also vulnerable ;having strong en-terprise ,but lack of resilience ,and so on .In order to enhance the psychological capital of “post 90s”college students , we need to make an effective social support system , build psychological capital cultivation system aiming at the characteristics of “post -90s”college students .
