大学教师的教学理念直接影响其教学方式方法的选择与运用。在高校课堂教学中，应积极提倡教学理念与实践方式的同步变革，具体包括五个方面：变“以教师为中心”为“以学生为主体”、变“教教材”为“用教材”、变“接受性学习”为“研究性学习”、变“单打独斗式学习”为“合作互动学习”、变“知识学习”为“多元智能学习”。

University teachers’ teaching ideas directly impact selection and utilization of teaching methods .In the classroom teaching of university ,synchronous change of teaching ideas and practice way should be encouraged .Specifically ,include the following :from teacher -centered to student -centered , from teaching textbooks to using textbooks , from reception learning to research learning , from individual learning to cooperative learning ,and from knowledge learning to multiple intelligence learn-ing .
