针对某600MW超临界汽轮发电机组高压缸转子振动异常的问题，通过对机组进行数据采集，详细分析了机组异常振动的振动特征，确定造成该汽轮机高压缸转子振动异常的主要原因是高压缸转子存在较大的质量不平衡所导致的。通过对该高压缸转子进行现场动平衡，消除了转子的异常振动。

To solve unstable vibration of HP rotor of one supercritical 660MW turbine in one power plant , the vibration characteristics are detailedly introduced.It’s found out the reason of bearing's vibration is due to weight unbalance existing in the HP rotor.By taking the technique of high-speed dynamic balancing,the rotor’s abnormal vibration is eliminated finally.
