采用三维黏性非定常数值模拟方法对某高压涡轮两级的内部流场进行了计算,并分析了该涡轮第一级内主要集中涡系结构---通道涡、壁角涡、泄漏涡的非定常发展规律。结果表明,静叶喉部位置后轴向与径向压力受到动叶前缘的干涉效应,使得静叶出口涡量大小呈明显的周期性变化;动叶内通道涡因为受到了来流附面层,以及上游静叶的集中涡系的影响,存在很强的非定常性。研究结果将有助于提高对涡轮内部动静叶非定常干涉的认识。

Numerical simulations on the unsteady flow in two stages of a HP turbine are performed in this paper , the development of the main vortex system-passage vortex ,Wall corner vortex ,tip leakage vortex with the time are discussed in the first stage .The results show that because the axial pressure and radial thrust of the static blade throat is influenced by rotor-stator interaction from downstream rotor ,the vorticity of stator outlet present a cyclical change;and the passage vortex in the rotor is influenced by flow boundary layer and the vortices from upstream show a strong unsteadiness .These increased the knowledge of the R/S interaction in turbine stage .
