为探究团体心理咨询对缓解高职学生就业压力的作用，通过前后测实验设计，采用不同结构化程度的团体咨询对高职学生的就业压力进行干预，干预前后分别施测就业压力问卷。结果显示：相比非结构式团体咨询，结构式团体咨询能显著降低高职学生的就业压力水平。因此，结构式团体心理咨询是一种有效降低高职学生就业压力的途径，可在各高职院校推广使用。
為探究糰體心理咨詢對緩解高職學生就業壓力的作用，通過前後測實驗設計，採用不同結構化程度的糰體咨詢對高職學生的就業壓力進行榦預，榦預前後分彆施測就業壓力問捲。結果顯示：相比非結構式糰體咨詢，結構式糰體咨詢能顯著降低高職學生的就業壓力水平。因此，結構式糰體心理咨詢是一種有效降低高職學生就業壓力的途徑，可在各高職院校推廣使用。

In order to explore the effect of group counseling for the employment pressure of higher vo-cational college students,researchers made an experimental design of pre-test and post-test,and used group counseling of different structures to intervene in students ’ employment pressure. The results showed that,compared with non-structured group counseling,structured group counseling could signifi-cantly reduce the degree of their employment pressure.Therefore,structured group counseling is an effec-tive way in this field and can be spread and used in vocational colleges.
