在全国老龄化速度不断加快的背景下，居家养老既符合中国国情，也为大多数中国老人接受和选择，是中国政府目前大力倡导的养老方式。居家养老服务体系供给主体主要包括政府、社区、社会组织和家庭，政府在居家养老服务体系中处于主导地位，社区是居家养老服务体系的中心，居家养老服务主要的提供者是社会组织，居家养老服务基本的提供者是家庭。各主体之间的分工和合作能够更好地实现社会养老资源的汲取和整合，促进中国养老服务事业的发展。

In the context of China’s accelerating pace of aging,home-based care for the aged is not only in line with China’s national condition but also accepted and chosen by the majority of Chinese elderly,and it is a way of old-age care which is vigorously advocated by the Chinese governments.The main body of supplies consists of governments,communities,social organizations and families.In this system govern-ments are in a dominant position,communities are the center,social organizations are the main service pro-viders and families are the primary service providers.Their different functions and co-operation can contrib-ute to the integration of social supporting resources for elderly,and promote the development of China’s service business for the aged.
