出土文献《居延新简》中出现军备用语80个，其用例共有1077个。这些军事用语可分为4大类，即攻守武器、防护器械、车马、其他装备等。《居延新简》的语言学价值体现在为大型语文辞书增补词目、增补义项、书证补阙等方面；其军事学价值体现在让人们对当时的军事活动有更为准确的了解：当时处于以铁兵器为主的冷兵器时代，且车兵逐渐被淘汰。
출토문헌《거연신간》중출현군비용어80개，기용례공유1077개。저사군사용어가분위4대류，즉공수무기、방호기계、차마、기타장비등。《거연신간》적어언학개치체현재위대형어문사서증보사목、증보의항、서증보궐등방면；기군사학개치체현재양인문대당시적군사활동유경위준학적료해：당시처우이철병기위주적랭병기시대，차차병축점피도태。
There are 80 armament terms with 1 077 cases in the unearthed literature The New Bamboo Slips in Juyan.They can be divided into 4 categories:offensive and defensive weapons,protective appara-tus,carriages and horses,and other equipments.The New Bamboo Slips in Juyan has lots of linguistic val-ue,such as adding headwords,adding meaning and supplementing documentary evidences for large-scale Chinese dictionaries.Its military value is embodied in making later generations understand the military ac-tivities at that time more accurately:it was in the cold weapon era when the iron weapons were dominant and the chariot soldiers were eliminated gradually.
