采用扫描电子显微镜和光学显微镜等方法,对在不锈钢衬底上固化后环氧树脂胶的显微结构进行了测量与分析.结果表明:1)环氧树脂样品中存在一定的宏观(0.1mm)不均匀,既存在无色透明的区域,也存在半透明乳白色区域.在乳白色区域中,还存在白色斑点.无色透明区域在约10μm尺度以上,空间均匀性较好;在约10μm尺度以下,出现空间不均匀性.半透明乳白色区域中斑点大小为1μm量级的近圆形区域.2)边缘处的环氧树脂胶厚度逐渐变薄,表明未固化的环氧树脂胶与不锈钢衬底之间即使达到μm级仍然是浸润接触.在样品中没有观察到裂纹,样品和衬底之间也未观察到缝隙.边缘与衬底接触部分形成较为均匀、平行于衬底表面、厚度约0.5μm的空间层状结构.
採用掃描電子顯微鏡和光學顯微鏡等方法,對在不鏽鋼襯底上固化後環氧樹脂膠的顯微結構進行瞭測量與分析.結果錶明:1)環氧樹脂樣品中存在一定的宏觀(0.1mm)不均勻,既存在無色透明的區域,也存在半透明乳白色區域.在乳白色區域中,還存在白色斑點.無色透明區域在約10μm呎度以上,空間均勻性較好;在約10μm呎度以下,齣現空間不均勻性.半透明乳白色區域中斑點大小為1μm量級的近圓形區域.2)邊緣處的環氧樹脂膠厚度逐漸變薄,錶明未固化的環氧樹脂膠與不鏽鋼襯底之間即使達到μm級仍然是浸潤接觸.在樣品中沒有觀察到裂紋,樣品和襯底之間也未觀察到縫隙.邊緣與襯底接觸部分形成較為均勻、平行于襯底錶麵、厚度約0.5μm的空間層狀結構.

Microstructures of curing epoxy adhesive on a stainless steel substrate were measured by scanning electron microscopy and optical microscopy in this paper. The results show that:1) the epoxy samples have macro (0.1mm) heterogeneity, i.e. there are both colorless and transparent and milky white translucent regions. In the white regions, there exist white spots. Spatial uniformity of the transparent regions is still good for the scale is larger than about 10 μm, but spatial inhomogeneity occurs when the scale is smaller than about 10 μm. The spots are near circular regions whose size is the order of about 1 μm;2) edges of the epoxy glues gradually becomes thin that indicates infiltration contact between uncured epoxy and stainless steel substrate even one μm scale, and there is no observed cracks in the samples and gaps between epoxy and substrates. Layered structures of uniform, parallel to the substrate surface, and thickness of approximately 0.5 μm form in the edge portion of cured epoxy in contact with the substrates.
