C4 ISR 系统正向网络中心化发展，其体系架构研究成为系统研制和建设中的关键问题之一。总结归纳了 C4 ISR 系统架构的发展历程，提出了 C4 ISR 系统网络中心架构模型。该模型是一种基于军事信息基础设施的“三网”耦合模型。针对体系资源的组织和运用，进一步提出了C4 ISR 系统网络中心资源组织与处理模型，旨在为网络中心化 C4 ISR 系统的设计、研制和建设提供理论指导和参考。
C4 ISR 繫統正嚮網絡中心化髮展，其體繫架構研究成為繫統研製和建設中的關鍵問題之一。總結歸納瞭 C4 ISR 繫統架構的髮展歷程，提齣瞭 C4 ISR 繫統網絡中心架構模型。該模型是一種基于軍事信息基礎設施的“三網”耦閤模型。針對體繫資源的組織和運用，進一步提齣瞭C4 ISR 繫統網絡中心資源組織與處理模型，旨在為網絡中心化 C4 ISR 繫統的設計、研製和建設提供理論指導和參攷。

Command,control,communication,computer,intelligence,surveillance and recon-naissance(C4 ISR)system is developing towards the network-centric direction.The research on its architecture has become one of key issues in the development and the construction of C4 ISR sys-tem.The development of the C4 ISR system architecture in past decades is summarized,and the network-centric architecture model for the C4 ISR system is proposed.The model is a coupled″three-networks″model based on the military information infrastructure.Aimed at issues about the organization and the application of system of systems (SoS)resources,the network-centric organization and processing models of resources for the C4 ISR system are presented.The goal is to provide academic guidance and references for the design,the development and the construction of network-centric C4 ISR system.
