目的：观察鼻用激素对OSAHS患者治疗前后nCPAP压力值的影响。方法31例经PSG诊断为中重度OSAHS的患者，应用鼻用激素治疗14天，并在鼻用激素治疗前后连续2个夜晚使用nCPAP，比较分析鼻用激素治疗前后nCPAP的90%有效使用压力值。结果所有患者使用nCPAPs的90%有效压力值，由治疗前的平均9.710±2.7073cmH2O降至治疗后的8.519±2.5184cmH2O（P=0.000）。结论鼻用激素能够降低OSAHS患者使用nCPAP的有效压力值，有望提高患者对nCPAP治疗的依从性。
목적：관찰비용격소대OSAHS환자치료전후nCPAP압력치적영향。방법31례경PSG진단위중중도OSAHS적환자，응용비용격소치료14천，병재비용격소치료전후련속2개야만사용nCPAP，비교분석비용격소치료전후nCPAP적90%유효사용압력치。결과소유환자사용nCPAPs적90%유효압력치，유치료전적평균9.710±2.7073cmH2O강지치료후적8.519±2.5184cmH2O（P=0.000）。결론비용격소능구강저OSAHS환자사용nCPAP적유효압력치，유망제고환자대nCPAP치료적의종성。
Objective To observe the changes in necessary pressure value of nCPAP before and after the use of nasal cortisteroids for patients with OSAHS. Method Included in this study were 31 patients diagnosed as moderate to severe degrees of OSAHS by PSG. They were given a course of nasal cotristeroids therapy for 14 days. Meanwhile, all these cases accepted nCPAP treatment two nights continuously, given before and after nasal cotristeroids therapy respectively. Then, a comparative analysis was made on the difference in 90% effective treatment pressure value of nCPAP given before and after the use of nasal cortisteroids therapy. Result In this group of cases, the mean value of 90% effective treatment pressure with the use of nCPAP was 9.710±2.7073 cmH2O before nasal cotristeroids therapy, while it was redued to 8.519±2.5184 cmH2O following the treatment of nasal therapy, with a significantly statistical difference between them (P=0.000). Conclusion Nasal cortisteroids therapy may decrease the effective treatment pressure value of nCPAP used for cases with OSAHS. Therefore, the compliance of patients should be improved through such an effect on the use of nCPAP.
